Part-Time | 9am – 3pm, Mon - Fri | Temp role (initial 3 months with potential to extend or perm role)
£25,000–£27,000 FTE - Actual salary will be pro-rata, based on agreed hours (22–27.5 hours/week), ranging from approximately £13,750 – £18,525.

You’ll play a key role in keeping our customer records accurate and engaging with prospective clients - helping us grow and build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

As Customer Data Administrator, you’ll:

  • Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to verify and update contact information.
  • Keep our CRM and customer data clean, accurate, and well-organised.
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns and record outcomes in our systems.
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to generate leads and ensure data quality.
  • Maintain clear records of all calls and activities.
  • Provide day to day support to the Sales or Marketing team, depending on your skillset.
