Responsibilities
  • Analysing and interpreting customer data to uncover trends, behaviours, and opportunities that inform business strategies
  • Building and maintaining dashboards, tracking KPIs, and delivering both BAU and ad-hoc analytics with actionable recommendations
  • Creating, populating, and distributing CRM reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Developing and deploying customer segments across CDP and Emarsys, enabling targeted activation across Meta, Google, Criteo, and other external channels
  • Maintaining CRM data integrity, ensuring compliance with Australian data and marketing standards
  • Configuring, managing, and supporting customer platforms such as CDP, Yotpo, Emarsys, and Experian
  • Troubleshooting and translating business needs into technical solutions
  • Collaborating with developers/engineers to drive process improvements
