Description:

INTRODUCTION

Nightingale Hammerson cares for over 250 residents, tailoring our approaches within our residential, nursing, dementia, respite, and palliative care teams. We are enormously proud of our homes, with our South London home, Nightingale House, rated ’Outstanding’ and our North London home, Hammerson House, rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), in its first year of opening.
As our Customer Relationship Manager, you will drive sales and marketing for Nightingale Hammerson, focusing on increasing Resident occupancy to meet budgeted levels. Additionally, you will raise the profile of Nightingale Hammerson in the Jewish community through engagement and business development activities.
What will your typical day involve?
As a representative of Nightingale Hammerson and our exceptional Homes, you will lead all sales activities. This includes engaging with potential new Residents, providing information, conducting tours, and assessing pre-admission needs. You’ll respond to sales enquiries, generate leads, and identify local marketing opportunities.
Building relationships with local authorities, hospital discharge coordinators, social workers, and other stakeholders is essential. Promoting Nightingale Hammerson to health and social care professionals and attending hospital discharge meetings will help sustain occupancy levels.
You will conduct market research to refine sales strategies and manage the PR content plan, including creating content for various platforms. Maintaining a contacts database, negotiating funding packages, and handling complaints are also key responsibilities.
Additionally, you will coordinate a team of volunteers and deputise for the Resident services manager when needed.
