Ellis Mason are working with a highly regarded business in Henlow to assist them in recruiting a new CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR (or Sales Administrator).
PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO ANNUAL LEAVE, APPLICATIONS WILL BE VIEWED FROM MONDAY 1st SEPTEMBER.
The CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR is a great opportunity for someone either from a retail or office based customer service background, who loves working with customers. The company have a warming, friendly and supportive culture and are looking for someone with the same values to join their team.

Responsibilities
  • Handling incoming customer calls
  • Being the point of contact for suppliers throughout the full order cycle
  • Offering solutions to customer enquiries, including quotations
  • Handling delivery issues
  • Placing customer orders
  • Communicating with both customers and suppliers via e-mail
  • Maintaining the customer database, ensuring that all information is kept accurate and up to date
  • Raising supplier purchase orders
  • Assisting in other ad-hoc duties as is such within a small company cultur
