Description:
Braum’s has an immediate opening for an individual within our Help Desk/Customer Service Area.
The hours will be Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pay is $15/hour.
This position is responsible for assisting with answering phone calls and emails from customers and entering them into AS400. Then when working in the Help Desk area, this individual will be responsible for trouble-shooting and repairing POS and maintenance issues.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be able to type at least 33 words per minute
Good communication/phone skills
Excellent customer service skills
Must be a self-starter
