Description:
SUCCESS REQUIREMENTS
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience or knowledge of the Building/Construction industry (preferred).
- Familiarity with ERP systems and the sales process
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Self-motivation and the ability to excel under pressure.
- Cert 3 or 4 qualification in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities:
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Provide friendly and professional advice on our range of products.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to serve a diverse customer base.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Identify potential customers and establish new accounts.
- Ensure prompt and courteous responses to sales inquiries via various channels.
- Process and verify sales orders with precision and efficiency.
- Collaborate with customers and sales reps to ensure accurate pricing.
- Organise sales call schedules and maintain the CRM database.
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and effectiveness.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in a safe manner, compliant with WHSE policies and procedures.
