Description:

Wage: $17.50 Hourly + monthly commission
The Customer Service Representative consults with customers on their Hertz rental. Maximizing revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services and overcoming customer objections. Ensures that the customer receives world-class customer service and sales support.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong oral and written communication skills. Must have the ability to build relationships with customers. This position requires strong multitasking. The ability to upsell and overcome customer objections. Display a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
