The customer experience team in Amsterdam is passionate about delivering excellent service. Reporting to the head of customer success, you will work closely with multiple departments and oversee the enablement function, helping customers get the most out of our solution.

As Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the go-to partner for our clients, guiding them from day one to long-term growth. Join a passionate team in Amsterdam and make a real impact on the European hospitality scene.

As a customer succes manager you will monitor account health and solve issues before they become problems. You will analyze usage trends to help customers get the most value. You will work closely with sales on upsells and renewals. You will contribute to onboarding materials, playbooks, and internal documents. You will support continuous improvement of the Customer Success journey with feedback and experiments.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with your SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise accounts;
  • Guide customers to success with trainings, product walkthroughs, and adoption support;
  • Be the customer advocate internally, sharing feedback and feature requests.

Functie-eisen

  • Has 2 years of experience in Customer Success, onboarding, or account management;
  • Is fluent in German and Engelish;
  • Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
  • Has experience with B2B clients, ideally in hospitality, retail, or POS/booking systems;
  • Is highly organized, proactive, and confident managing multiple customer journeys at once.
