As a Customer Success Associate, you’ll be part of a team that is the voice of our brand and the first point of contact for our valued customers and territory managers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience, from order processing to post-sale support, while building strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Customer Success Manager, this role will be responsible for providing prompt, courteous administrative and sales support, to customers and Territory Managers nationally.

SKILLS AND EDUCATION

  • Post-secondary education in Communications, Business/ Office Administration, or equivalent and relevant experience
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience in agriculture, administration or in a sales organization setting
  • Fluency in French (Canadian) is considered an asset
  • Intermediate or above Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and TEAMs
  • Strong keyboarding skills with typing speed and accuracy (45-50wpm)
  • Experience working with ERP or Business Management Systems (Business Central)
  • Strong communication skills with ability to engage customers with warmth and professionalism by phone & email
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and maintain accuracy
  • Ability to follow and adhere to specific workflow standards
  • Motivated to drive continuous improvement using digital tools for collaboration and efficiency

ADDITIONAL RELEVANT EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

  • Horticultural/ Agricultural education or experience with ability to provide basic technical advice
