We are strengthening our global Enterprise Sales Organization with a growth-focused Customer Success Manager to secure mutually successful business relationships and grow our business with a portfolio of Epidemic Sound’s most strategic enterprise clients.
You have extensive experience from building long term strategic value with enterprise customers from roles such as Customer Success, Key Account Management and/or B2B sales.
Our Enterprise customers include production companies, broadcasters, advertising agencies, digital publishers, and brands with audiovisual media at their core.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have proven experience in Customer Success, Key Account Management, or Complex B2B Sales, ideally in the tech or media industry
You are passionate about creating value for customers, driving business growth, and negotiating with senior decision-makers.
With a strong business acumen and a strategic mindset, you build trust and relevance by deeply understanding customer needs, business models, and use cases. A self-starter with a can-do attitude, you excel at turning strong relationships into business opportunities - Experience in music licensing is a plus!
