Responsibilities:

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 1-3 years of Customer Success experience in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Power BI, OneDrive)
  • Web conferencing tools (Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Zoom, etc.)
  • CRM systems for tracking customer interactions
  • Languages required: English, French
