Responsibilities:
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 1-3 years of Customer Success experience in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Power BI, OneDrive)
- Web conferencing tools (Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Zoom, etc.)
- CRM systems for tracking customer interactions
- Languages required: English, French
