Responsibilities:
- Build rapport with customers, listen to their service/repair needs, and understand both stated and unconscious requirements.
- Guide customers toward products/services that best suit their needs, and promote key offerings like extended warranties and service plans.
- Encourage the sale of genuine parts, accessories, and current promotions to increase sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the database and follow up via text, phone, email, or post to ensure satisfaction with service.
- Assist with various tasks such as welcoming customers, helping at reception, and collecting/delivering cars when necessary.
