WE ARE NOW LOOKING FOR A CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSISTANT TO STRENGTHEN OUR SALES TEAM IN JYVÄSKYLÄ FINLAND.

As a Customer Support Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient sales operations of our customer motorsport project. Your main responsibilities will include handling administrative tasks, coordinating orders, and providing exceptional service to our customers.
As a Customer Support Assistant, you will represent TGR-WRT in all your interactions and act as a primary contact for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include preparing and processing sales orders with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery, maintaining and updating customer records and sales databases, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will generate sales reports to provide insights for optimizing sales strategies, handle customer complaints feedback to enhance the overall customer experience, and assist in the preparation of documentation, proposals, and contracts.

Who we are looking for

• Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Background in motorsports is seen as a benefit
• Business and/or technical education
• Experience in ERP, sales process, and order handling
• Technical understanding is seen as a benefit
• Good English skills, both written and oral
