CVOR Certified Surgical Technologist ( CST )  in Indianapolis Are you a CST with past Cardiovascular OR experience, confident in your skills, and looking for a change? This short, 13-week contract may be the perfect match for you!  Our CSTs enjoy: * Competitive Pay – $40/hr * Flexible scheduling to maintain work-life balance  * Professional development opportunities, including CEUs and online training * Tuition discounts through Rasmussen University * Bonus Opportunities – Contract Completion / Referrals As a CST you will: * Prepare surgical supplies and equipment for scheduled and emergency procedures * Assist in prepping patients, including cleansing and draping surgical sites * Work closely with surgeons and the surgical team during procedures * Maintain accurate instrument and sharps counts * Handle surgical specimens for lab processing * Apply post-procedure dressings and/or casts as needed A few must-haves for CSTs: * Active CST license in the state of Indiana * Current BLS certification * 2+ years of recent surgical tech experience in the CVOR * 1+ years of recent experience with Surgical Trauma patients (Level 1) * Ability to stay calm under pressure and work both independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in basic vital signs and medication administration Why join Interim HealthCare Staffing?
