JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Dungeon Master (DM) to lead online Dungeons & Dragons campaigns for middle and high school students. The ideal candidate will create engaging, educational, and fun experiences that foster creativity, critical thinking, and teamwork.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Extensive experience as a Dungeon Master, particularly with D&D 5th Edition
• Excellent storytelling and improvisational skills
• Experience working with middle and high school-aged youth
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage groups and maintain a positive, engaging atmosphere
• Familiarity with a wide range of D&D source materials
• Flexibility to adapt campaigns based on player choices and interests
• Background check required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in education or youth mentoring
• Knowledge of educational gaming techniques
• Familiarity with homebrew content creation

• Lead ongoing D&D 5th Edition campaigns for youth players
• Create and manage engaging storylines and quests
• Facilitate player interaction and character development
• Adapt game content to be age-appropriate and educational
• Encourage problem-solving, communication, and imaginative thinking
• Provide guidance on rules and game mechanics as needed
• Manage session scheduling and player attendance
