Tasks

  • Manage projects focused on quality processes, including areas such as First Article Inspection, Incoming Inspection, and In-Process Inspection.
  • Act as the primary coordinator for quality processes across procurement, inventory, and production, ensuring seamless integration within ERP systems.
  • Lead projects through all phases, from initial brainstorming and concept development to implementation and training.
  • Design and implement tailored ERP solutions that address business needs and enhance operational quality.
  • Provide clear documentation and deliver effective training sessions for end-users, ensuring successful knowledge transfer.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality processes align with business goals.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant specializing in quality processes like inspections and compliance.
  • Proven success in leading and delivering international projects independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with expertise in business process analysis and modeling.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage stakeholders and sub-teams effectively.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and confidently under pressure.
