Description
This is a hands-on role, working within our growing IT and Data Services team, where you will contribute to data collection and cleansing data from various sources, analysis, data visualisation, problem solving, providing support and training on data-related tasks and reporting to support various areas of the business.
As a Level 4 Data Analyst apprentice with the UK’s leading fire and Carbon Monoxide protection company, you will be trained to play an active part in supporting the company’s data analysis and reporting needs.
- Assisting with the development and maintenance of data dashboards and reports
- Conducting basic data analysis to identify trends and insights
- Ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Supporting the deployment and usage of data analysis tools and software
- Documenting data processes and procedures to ensure clarity and consistency
- Assisting with data-related queries and providing training to colleagues on data tools and best practices
- Collaborating with team members to support various data projects and initiatives
Desired experience
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office packages
- Knowledge of data tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL
- Familiarity with basic programming concepts and languages (e.g. SQL, Python) beneficial
- 6+ months of experience working in an administrative or data role desirable

Entry requirements
Minimum of 4 X GCSEs grades 9-4 (A-C) including English and Mathematics
Level 3 Qualification in Tech, Digital, or Data Field is desirable
