Responsibilities:

We are seeking Data Analyst who works on the highest level of abstraction of the data stack, interprets data and turns it into information which can offer ways to improve business, thus affecting business decisions.
The Data Analyst will be playing a key role in the Merchandising product line of the global Data & Analytics organization ensuring business outcomes through close collaboration with stakeholders in Merchandising and Integrated Planning. Your role will be instrumental in delivering insights and analytical use cases for key business stakeholders, senior management, and internal counterparts.

You will work on analytical deliverables supporting Pandora’s strategy, enhancing our global merchandising data foundation, building insights through analysis. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the Data & Analytics Product Manager, Business Analysts, Data Scientists, and Data & Analytics Engineering team to build insights and products that provide business opportunities and areas of improvement. You will translate business challenges and opportunities into analytics and insights for the business or data and analytical products that create an impact.
  • Engaging with the business and facilitating data storytelling and insights as part of agile sprint sessions. You will map the insights and deliverables to priority and time constraints.
  • Collaborating closely with function area users across the organization to understand use case requirements and ensure that solutions align with business needs and Pandora’s strategy.
  • Creating and maintaining the logic and processes to support trustworthy and efficient consumption of business data.
  • Investigating data sources across enterprise and expanding existing search data infrastructure, identifying opportunities to expand modelling.
  • Identifying, developing, managing, and executing analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present written business recommendations.
  • Developing and implementing data strategies, data quality assurance and data operating model aligned with the D&A Strategy.
  • Conducting data assessments and audits to identify new target and opportunities for improvement.
