You will be joining Pictet Wealth Management and will be part of the PWM COO Office team based in Geneva. The PWM COO Office aims, among other things, to provide support to the teams in charge of the digital solutions in key activities along the product management lifecycle.
The COO Office is looking to hire a Data Analytics Specialist. You will use your data and analytics skills to collaborate on key projects to enhance the tooling and value chain of operational data analytics. The aim is to serve the consumers of analytics with high-quality operational data and meaningful dashboards creating added business value and promoting a data culture in our digital product-oriented organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Tech team to design and build comprehensive and scalable data analytic infrastructure to automate and industrialise data retrieval, transformation and distribution.
  • Collaborate with PWM’s dashboard users/data scientists to collect new needs, document requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Provide expertise and guidance to the data users on accessing and using the data infrastructure effectively.
  • Maintain and enhance existing dashboards and reports to management (Business Development, Investment Platform, Etat Major).
  • Identify and address data quality issues, ensuring accuracy, consistency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with data stakeholders across the firm to stay aligned with Group’s guidelines and governance, and benefit from Group initiatives and best practices
