Our team is in search of an Onboarding Implementation Specialist to help support our CASEpeer product. CASEpeer, an AffiniPay company, is a top-rated legal case management software solution for personal injury law firms. As an Onboarding Implementation Specialist, you will work closely with our clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process. You will work with other internal teams such as Sales, Client Success and Development in order to gather and analyze our client data. You will play a critical role in ensuring our clients’ experience with their data migration is Surprisingly Great by completing data reviews and maintaining an open line of communication.

What You’ll Do:

  • Communicate directly with clients, primarily through email, phone, Zoom, and work closely with our internal Sales, Client Success and Development teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Enhance our client’ s data migration experience by completing data reviews and maintaining an open line of communication.
  • Collaborate with the Data Implementation team to gather and analyze client data.
  • Execute assigned tasks while working with Data Engineers and reporting to our Data Implementation Manager.
  • Advocate for the client while capturing their feedback to pass on to management.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn in a changing environment.
  • Dedicated to meeting expectations and deadlines of our clients

About You:

  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Project management experience
  • Outstanding time management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Case management or legal experience preferred
  • Familiarity with business to business (B2B) environments
  • If you live near our offices in Austin or San Diego, we work in a hybrid capacity!

Additional Information:
The pay range for this position is between $50,000-$65,000 USD annually. AffiniPay is committed to offering competitive, fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and education.
This is an hourly, non-exempt position eligible for overtime.
