WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Graduated in Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Computer Science or similar discipline with experience on data science projects.
- Knowledgeable in Deep Learning and NLP
- Proficiency in statistical software packages such as R, Python
- Good working knowledge in Statistics, Machine Learning and data engineering
- Awareness of issues in data science and dependence on data quality
- High standards of code quality, making use of version control tools.
- A practical common-sense approach to problem solving and attention to detail
- A passion for and expertise in practicing data science to solve real-world problems
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for teamwork, as well as the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
In this role, your primary focus will be on developing digital products that heavily incorporate data science. A solid understanding of machine learning and/or statistics, along with strong software development skills, will enable you to translate business questions into effective data science solutions. You will also be responsible for clearly and effectively presenting your findings to colleagues from other disciplines and business stakeholders. Additionally, a strong interest in exploring customer behavior and economic issues is essential for success in the Customer Centricity Capability Centre.
Other Responsibilities includes:
- Developing data science solutions to business challenges.
- Write clean and maintainable production-level code, including tests; the tech stack we work with includes Python, Databricks, GIT, Azure, SQL
- Integrating models into production on a weekly or even daily basis.
- Work closely with the customer and the Product Owner day-to-day.
- Work in a highly-collaborative, friendly Agile environment, participate in Ceremonies and Continuous Improvement activities.
- Documenting and explaining the results of analysis or modelling to both a technical and non-technical audience.
- Learning new engineering practices, technologies and continuously improving our Agile practices
