Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Lead Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless operations at the front desk and fostering an exceptional patient experience. You’ll be the welcoming face of our practice, supporting both our administrative and clinical staff in delivering high-quality care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee Front Desk Operations: Ensure efficient daily tasks and smooth collaboration between clinic and administrative staff.
  • Patient Interaction: Greet patients warmly, ensuring a top-notch customer experience for both new and existing patients.
  • Scheduling and Administration: Manage appointments, schedules, and paperwork accurately, maintaining an organized flow.
  • Adaptability: Handle changing priorities, schedule adjustments, and fast-paced demands with flexibility.
  • Effective Communication: Answer calls, emails, and text messages promptly, managing all communication with professionalism.
  • Insurance Processing: Handle claims, pre-determinations, and follow-up with insurance providers post-appointment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with all team members to maintain efficient workflow and support an exceptional patient experience.
  • Additional Duties: Take on tasks as delegated by the Office Coordinator.
