Our Client operates a thriving practice and is seeking a skilled dentist to join their team and collaborate with their friendly and experienced staff. The dental practice is located across from the beach, providing lucrative earnings with a low cost of living. The practice boasts six chairs, with one senior dentist, two OHT staff members, and a dedicated and loyal team.

Essential Criteria:
Current and Valid registration with AHPRA
Experience is essential. Possess 3-5 years clinical experience
Have experience or be willing to train in a sub-specialization.
Show a willingness to relocate and assimilate into the local community to establish local networks.
Take initiative to cultivate and sustain productive relationships with patients, visitors, and colleagues, in order to facilitate the attainment of Practice objectives.
Serve as a mentor to other clinicians, and remain receptive to educational programs and innovative practices in dentistry.
Take an active role in fostering a collaborative team environment, promoting inclusivity among all team members, and fostering a positive team culture.
Maintain a results-oriented mindset, with an understanding of priorities and the ability to take prompt and appropriate action.
