Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE

Reporting to GOAL’s Director of Programme Operations (HQ), the Deputy Director Programme Operations has a key role in the direction and coordination of the programme operations department. You will deputise for and support the Director of Programme Operations with operational management, implementation of projects, project management, budget management and reporting.
You’ll play an integral role in driving change and improvement in the processes of GOAL’S Programme teams and initiatives globally. you’ll work closely with our senior management team in HQ and our wider country management teams across the globe. As a senior leader in GOAL, you’ll inspire, motivate and lead a diverse team of humanitarian professionals in multiple locations.
