ROLE DESCRIPTION Role Summary The Frontend Developer will be responsible for designing and developing responsive, secure, and high‑performance user interfaces for enterprise applications. The role requires close collaboration with backend, integration, and UX teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with Prudential’s digital standards and security requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain frontend applications using React.js, Java‑based backend integration, and modern UI frameworks Translate UX/UI designs and business requirements into high‑quality, reusable code Integrate frontend applications with backend services and APIs Ensure cross‑browser compatibility, responsiveness, and accessibility compliance Optimize application performance, scalability, and security Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA teams Adhere to enterprise development standards, security, and regulatory requirements Required Skills & Experience Strong experience in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 Working knowledge of Java backend integration (RESTful APIs) Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API) Experience in responsive design and UI performance optimization Familiarity with enterprise authentication mechanisms (OAuth, SSO) Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum delivery Strong debugging, problem‑solving, and communication skills Experience in banking/financial service industry WHY JOIN CAPCO?
