ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployment expertise
• Platform operations automation
• Scripting in Python and/or Go
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI, TeamCity)
• Writing and maintaining Ansible Playbooks
• Experience with GitHub Enterprise or similar VCS tools
• Creating reliable CI/CD pipelines with ELK/OTel (metrics, logs, traces)
• Applying IaC for configuration management and immutable infrastructure

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

• Deploying and managing services on Kubernetes
• Writing Terraform (HCL) and custom Ansible modules
• Automating validation checks in CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with immutable infrastructure practices

• Design and develop automation tooling for our private cloud platform
• Define standards, frameworks, and reporting for infrastructure automation
• Drive adoption of event-based automation internally
• Apply Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles for cloud scalability
• Build and maintain Jenkins pipelines using Jenkins DSL
• Develop orchestration with Ansible, including infrastructure tooling and self-service workflows
• Maintain and extend internal Go and Python libraries
• Enhance our Terraform Enterprise platform with reusable infrastructure modules and services
• Share best practices with internal teams for writing Terraform code
