Description:
ABOUT THE JOB DEVOPS ENGINEER
PTC is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team in Lisbon, in a hybrid setting.
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Develop and maintain a high-quality infrastructure that ensures the security, performance, and scalability of DevOps solutions.
- Administer Kubernetes clusters in On-prem environments (Vanilla, Openshift, Tanzu), and apply Kustomize for deploying Kubernetes objects with patching.
- Implement and manage continuous deployment (CD) pipelines using tools like ArgoCD, FluxCD, or similar.
- Configure and optimize ingress controllers (Contour, Haproxy, or similar).
- Utilize observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Thanos, and Prometheus.
- Manage log ingestion, transformation, and shipping using tools like Fluentbit, Fluentd, Filebeat, or similar.
- Work with Sealed Secrets and image/artifact registries (Harbor, JFrog, or similar).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor in Engineering or similar.
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, or AWS), preferably GCP.
- Familiarity with the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for logging and observability.
- Proficient in .NET Core, legacy .NET, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS frameworks, and legacy JavaScript frameworks (TypeScript, Angular, React).
- Experience with Jenkins for continuous integration (CI).
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Linux system administration.
