DIGITAL ACCOUNT MANAGER - GERMAN - REMOTE
TTEC is seeking a German speaking Principal Account Manager/ Customer Success Manager to join TTEC Digital, EMEA.

As a Digital Account Manager - German based remotely in either the UK, the Netherlands or Poland, you’ll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while you also #ExperienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.
WHAT SKILLS YOU’LL NEED:
- 6+ years technical operations management experience, preferably working with contact centre cloud or SaaS solutions and services
- 6+ years external client management experience
- Strong consultative approach and client relationship management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to mentor or direct technical support teams
- Experience delivering or managing premise or cloud contact centre technologies including Unified Communications, data network management, contact channels and automation technologies (IVR, Bots).
- German languages skills
- This role can be based in the UK, the Netherlands or Poland
