    Reporting to the Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics, this role is responsible for website tagging, sales funnel engagement analysis and website analytics and app usage to improve customer experience and recommend improvements to drive better acquisition conversion rates.
    Additionally, the Digital analyst will manage ongoing offer changes and support the existing digital analytics manager to deliver on business requests.

What you will be doing?

  • Digital Insight Execution
  • Generate analytical insights from LFS customer base and product portfolios, to support business initiatives, solve business problems and drive incremental value to the business.
  • Conduct continuous data analysis to optimize customer engagement programs, focusing on website and digital analytics to improve conversion rates and overall program effectiveness.
  • Analyse user behaviour and engagement on the mobile app to prioritise offers and enhance user interactions.
  • Generate and present actionable insights from digital data to support strategic marketing decisions and campaign performance.
  • Assist users to get the best from our Digital Analytic tools, provide recommendations to drive increased usage of our Digital analytic tools
  • Adhere to Data Governance Policies
  • Stakeholder management
  • Liaise closely with the internal teams from the business to define requirements for analytics tasks and campaign activities.
  • Liaise with external vendors for analytics and campaign activities

Who we’re after:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field
  • Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Looker studio.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proven capability to articulate and present complex information.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
