QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, with a track record of accuracy and efficiency.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to understand and input data effectively.
• Strong familiarity with data entry software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM platforms).
• Outstanding attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company standards.

  The pay range for this role is:
  19.12 - 34.50 USD per hour(Remote (Council Bluffs, Iowa, US)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Input, update, and maintain various data types in digital systems with a high degree of accuracy.
• Verify and cross-check data for discrepancies and ensure its consistency across platforms.
• Organize and manage digital files and records to maintain an accessible and efficient database.
• Collaborate with team members in the Administrative department to streamline data processes and ensure data integrity.
• Generate periodic reports from existing datasets and provide insights to support department goals.
• Identify and resolve data-related issues with proactive troubleshooting.
• Comply with policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards to safeguard sensitive information.
