JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Head of Member Services, you will be responsible for delivering projects and campaigns that will make an impact throughout the funnel.

To be successful in this busy and varied role you will:

  • Focus: Understand the market and market needs from a B2B and B2C perspective, focusing on developing: positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation
  • Marketing & Digital: Conceptualise and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns within specified budgets to drive growth across our membership, education program, and other offerings
  • CRM: Deliver and manage email nurture campaigns via email automation platforms with a keen understanding of segmentation and ability to build basic SQL queries
  • Website Management: Manage our website and have an understanding of basic HTML coding
  • Stakeholder Management & Performance Agency Management: Collaborate with our internal business units and external agencies to define and deliver marketing and communications requirements to ensure that services and products to segmented and targeted audiences
  • Analytics: Provide data driven recommendations and insights with a focus on continuous improvement of our customer experience and offerings
  • Management: Take a lead role within a small marcomms team, sharing your knowledge and experience to support a continuous learning culture.
