About Us
The Magistrates’ Court of Victoria (MCV) is a jurisdiction within the Court Services Victoria statutory authority and has a long history of providing justice for the people of Victoria in metropolitan and regional courts across the state. The Court determines in excess of 300,000 cases per annum at 51 venues, equating to approximately 90 percent of all cases that come before Victorian courts each year. The Court aims to be an innovative, accessible, and responsive court that provides quality services to the Victorian community.
The Innovation and Service Experience Unit promotes a culture of service excellence at MCV, achieved through the introduction of innovative solutions to long standing service challenges through a focus on best practice, continuous improvement and digital service transformation, to advance a court which prioritises the experience of court users.
About the Role
- Work collaboratively with executive and judicial leadership, system stakeholders and user representatives to develop and implement digital product and digital service experience projects across MCV to continuously improve court service practices, processes and technologies to enhance the experience of court users and contribute to the court’s shift towards court excellence.
- Lead the end-to end planning, monitoring, testing, implementation and required reporting of digital service experience projects, to deliver on project objectives within time and budget.
- Project manage the redevelopment of the MCV website which is a is a key component of MCV’s digital front door.
- Undertake research and analysis of emerging digital service opportunities which improve the court’s digital service experience.
About You
