As a Project Manager you will hold ultimate responsibility for the project(s) assigned to you, ensuring its successful delivery in all dimensions: cost, time, quality and scope. As well as the change management process with the project sponsor to ensure that the benefit targeted by the project, including the IT developments/changes are exploited.

• Overall responsibility for project delivery.
• Set the project timeline and budget plan
• Identify and manage project risks
• Create and execute project plans
• Manage and monitor project progress
• Ensure quality of deliverables
• Controls and manages changes to scope, time and budget
• Communicate with stakeholders
• Work with external vendors
• Coordinate resources and ensures they are properly allocated throughout the project in conjunction with resource managers, application owners and purchasing functions.
• Meet deadlines and deliver quality results
• Facilitate change management
• Tracks progress and performance (time, cost & quality / scope)
• Enables the realization of identified benefits.
• Provides project status reports on a regular basis with support from the PMO
