Hours Available:

• Saturday – Sunday: 7 am-11 pm
• Thursday-Sunday: 11pm-9 am/7 am/7 am/9 am
• Monday-Wednesday 11pm-9am
• Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid MD driver’s license and acceptable driving record (less than 2 points).
• Must have a valid CMT obtained through Dimensional Health Care Associates
• Successful clearance of state and/or federal background checks.

• Staff makes sure that the home is in excellent condition at all times
• Ensures individuals are fed on time with cooked food according to menu
• Ensure that individuals are supervised at all times for their safety
• Knowledgeable of all individuals’ IP that includes their goals
• Drive company assigned vehicle
• Ensure that safety measures in the home are taken
• Ensure that the books and documentation on each individual is current and updated
• Ensure that all individuals have seasonal clothing
• Ensures daily documentation of individuals’ progress data
• Ensure that individuals’ medical appointments are attended when required
• Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs may be required on a daily basis
