This includes door-to-door outreach, leveraging social media, attending local events, and building strong relationships with potential customers. * Sell with a Purpose – Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and clearly communicate how Wire 3 provides the best solution. * Stay Sharp on Market Trends – Keep tabs on competitors, identify opportunities, and adapt your approach to stay ahead. * Own Your Success – Meet and exceed sales goals by actively building and managing your pipeline. REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES: * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen effectively and engage with others. * Confident, outgoing, and personable demeanor, fostering positive interactions with team members and clients. * Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently as a self-starter. * Strong multitasking abilities, with effective prioritization and time-management skills. * Proficient in operating personal computers and tablets (e.g., iPad). * Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays to hit goals. * Dependable transportation and ability to travel locally as needed. * Ability to pass a criminal background check. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:  * High School Diploma or GED. * Seeking a long-term career opportunity. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:  * Ability to work comfortably in various outdoor weather conditions * Physically capable of performing tasks that involve walking long distances and enduring extended hours in the Florida sun and heat.
