Description

MEET BENEVITY

Benevity is the way the world does good, providing companies (and their employees) with technology to take social action on the issues they care about. Through giving, volunteering, grantmaking, employee resource groups and micro-actions, we help most of the Fortune 100 brands build better cultures and use their power for good. We’re also one of the first B Corporations in Canada, meaning we’re as committed to purpose as we are to profits. We have people working all over the world, including Canada, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and more!
Benevity is looking for our next Director, Brand and Communications, who will play a pivotal role in elevating Benevity’s brand and establishing the company’s leadership in the Corporate Impact category. This leader will craft and execute a strategic brand vision that builds category ownership, amplifies thought leadership, and fosters deep emotional connections with key audiences. They will oversee brand identity, thought leadership, content marketing, creative strategy, and AR/PR while driving alignment across marketing, sales, and product functions.
The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a proven track record of driving transformative brand initiatives in B2B SaaS. They thrive in a data-driven, collaborative environment, aligning teams and strategy with creative execution to deliver measurable impact. With an impressive community of 900+ of the world’s most iconic brands, this is a unique opportunity to shape Benevity’s market presence and fuel our continued growth.

  • Position Benevity as the leader in Corporate Impact by evolving it into a recognized business category.
  • Align messaging and market positioning with brand strategy in partnership with Product and Growth Marketing.
  • Execute category-focused campaigns that drive market education and urgency for Benevity’s solutions.
  • Own Benevity’s brand vision, voice, and positioning to differentiate in B2B SaaS.
  • Transform storytelling to engage decision-makers, employees, and communities.
  • Align brand strategy with company objectives and KPIs in collaboration with the executive team.
  • Establish Benevity as a thought leader in corporate impact, CSR, and ESG through partnerships with the Impact Lab.
  • Amplify thought leadership via white papers, media placements, and speaking engagements.
  • Partner with AR and PR to build a compelling narrative and drive increased share of voice.
  • Lead the Creative Design and Content team to produce high-quality, cohesive assets that enhance brand identity and pipeline contribution.
  • Ensure a consistent and engaging brand experience across all touch points.
  • Develop content strategies that drive measurable outcomes in reach, engagement, and conversions.
