Description:
COMPETENCIES:
- 7+ years of experience overseeing the development, implementation, and performance of digital products.
- Strong experience in overseeing the development and performance of digital products, with a comprehensive understanding of data analytics, user experience, development operations and agile product management
- Ability to build and implement a digital product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Capability to foster and maintain internal and external business relationships.
- Proficiency in managing key performance indicators (KPIs) and leveraging reporting data to provide business insight and strategic recommendations.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience in conducting user/design research or working closely with design researchers.
- Ability to navigate challenges in a larger organization while remaining productive, creative, and engaged.
- Experience in steering cross-functional individuals with a diverse set of backgrounds toward a common goal.
- Experience working in AEM and knowledge on latest AEM features.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a Product Manager for an Agile Squad
- Develop, manage, and iterate a product roadmap to support organizational goals.
- Initiate and prioritize projects with development teams, determine technical implementation methods, track product development, and develop product launch plans.
- Lead the product strategy developed in conjunction with business partners.
- Lead Program Backlog and other means to achieve and maintain targeted business goals.
- Managing and updating the team backlog with quality grooming.
- Work with internal teams on performing analysis and generating requirements, evaluate the feasibility and technical alternatives, prioritize and generate a deliverable
- Communicate effectively and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
- Build successful relationships across the organizational matrix, present to senior executives, and advocate for product success.
- Develop integrated go-to-market plans with business and marketing partners.
- Champion user-centric design by leveraging customer feedback and analytics from various channels, competitive analysis, and technology trends to build customer-centric products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams at every stage of product development.
