Responsabilités:
You will shape our risk, compliance and ESG strategy creating winning partnerships and interfacing with all functions at Bruker. You will continuously improve a science-based approach to ESG, ERM and compliance, assess and improve our data base on multiple aspects, refine the risk and compliance heat map, conduct materiality assessments and foster supply chain and distribution resilience.
In your role you will be creating long-term value for all stakeholders and shape a holistic program combining compliance, ESG and ERM aspects of our global operations. The ideal candidate comes with the ability to collaborate with all functions, learn about the existing data, derive insights, and design a strategy closely liaising with the Management Team. Externally, you will be monitoring industry, regulatory, geopolitical trends and risks including the ESG, policy and ratings landscapes, and actively design and drive projects to continuously strengthen stakeholder value and the Bruker position.
- Continuously assess scope 3 emissions status versus targets and oversee remedial actions.
- Drive the ESG roadmap, improve a global dashboard on key risks and opportunities, ensure reporting and drive accountability at all levels
- Perform risk assessments, create global heat map and recommend resulting actions plans
- Collaborate with functions like Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and R&D to support the respective ERM and ESG action plans.
- Ensure ESG, Compliance and ERM reporting
- Collaborate with Communications to ensure appropriate external communication on Bruker strategy and progress
- Lead the internal ESG and ERM capability building agenda
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed business, mathematical-scientific or technical studies or a comparable qualification
- 6+ years of professional experience in risk management, finance, ESG and sustainability, ideally in a B2B technology driven industry
- Experience in deploying standards and frameworks like Global Reporting Initiative, SASB, UN Sustainable Development Goals and SBTI Science Based Targets Initiative
- Understanding of ERM and ESG methodologies and standards incl experience in materiality assessments, strategy development and reporting.
- Ability to cut through complexity with a passion for data and detail
- Strong business acumen, technical and project management skills to lead cross-functional initiatives
