SkyBridge Luxury & Associates is proud to partner with a premier luxury hotel in Indianapolis to identify an accomplished Director of Food & Beverage. This distinguished property, recognized for its refined service culture and world-class dining, is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee all front-of-house Food & Beverage operations, including signature restaurants, lounge, in-room dining, and extensive banquet spaces.
The ideal candidate will bring experience from a major U.S. luxury hotel brand, a strong background in banquet and event service, and the ability to deliver operational excellence on a large scale. This position requires a true hotelier—an individual with exceptional leadership presence, financial acumen, and a passion for curating extraordinary guest experiences that align with global luxury hospitality standards.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Director of Food & Beverage will provide strategic and hands-on leadership across multiple outlets and event spaces, ensuring flawless service execution, driving guest satisfaction, and achieving financial performance goals. This individual will play a critical role in upholding the hotel’s reputation as a leader in luxury hospitality.

GUEST EXPERIENCE & BRAND ALIGNMENT

  • Drive guest satisfaction initiatives, maintaining the highest levels of personalized service.
  • Ensure every dining and event touchpoint reflects the standards and prestige of a globally recognized luxury brand.
  • Actively respond to guest feedback, implementing continuous improvements across all service areas.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5–7 years in progressive Food & Beverage leadership roles within luxury hotel environments.
  • Skills & Expertise:
  • Proven track record in banquet operations, restaurant leadership, and beverage program innovation.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to inspire high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated success in managing budgets, driving profitability, and ensuring cost control.
  • Deep knowledge of luxury service standards, with the ability to deliver on large-scale operations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with hospitality technology including POS systems, event planning platforms, and beverage inventory systems.
