Job Description We are seeking an innovative and visionary Director of Marketing to join our dynamic team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and shape our marketing strategies in one of Southeast Asia's most promising tourist destinations. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals and objectives Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment Oversee brand management and development, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels Direct digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing campaigns Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies Manage relationships with external agencies, partners, and stakeholders Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business objectives Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing programmes using relevant KPIs Stay abreast of emerging marketing technologies and trends, implementing innovative solutions where appropriate Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred Minimum of 7 years' experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior management position Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing Experience with brand management and development in a competitive market Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market research and data to inform decision-making Demonstrated budget management skills and financial acumen Familiarity with marketing automation software and CRM systems Strategic thinker with the ability to align marketing initiatives with business goals Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Fluency in English required; knowledge of Vietnamese or other Asian languages is advantageous Additional Information What awaits you...
