QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience: 7+ years in product management with a successful track record in technology or marketing industries.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring product teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of AI technologies and their applications in marketing.
  • Customer-Centric: Deep empathy for customers and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Roadmap Development: Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and gaps.
  • Customer Focus: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to understand customer needs and ensure product-market fit.
  • Agile Development: Implement and refine agile development processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve product offerings.
