SpendLab is looking for an experienced Director of Sales to drive the company’s sales strategy and execution, leading the sales team to achieve and surpass sales goals. This is a pivotal role for expanding Spendlab’s market presence, enhancing customer relationships, and ensuring the efficient operation of the sales processes. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team at Spendlab, the Director of Sales will align sales objectives for the company’s business strategy to foster growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet the company’s revenue and growth targets
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to set long-term business objectives
    Oversee market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth


    • Lead, mentor, and develop the BDR, Sales and Rev Ops teams

    • Set performance expectations, provide regular feedback and conduct performance reviews
    • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement
    • Oversee the development and execution of sales plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
    • Drive the team to meet and exceed sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs)
    • Ensure effective use of CRM and other sales tools to track and manage sales activities
    • Work closely with the Rev Ops team to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency
    • Ensure accurate sales forecasting and reporting
    • Optimise the sales pipeline and customer lifecycle processes
    • o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
    • o Address customer needs and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
    • o Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Operations teams to drive cohesive go-to-market strategies
    • o Communicate sales performance and insights to the Senior Leadership Team
