JOB SUMMARY

In Finance & Supplier Management we purchase within a big number of segments and categories – from software, energy and logistics to factory equipment, parts and automation solutions - but also all the material needed in our production of packaging and additional material, in other words paperboard, polymers, aluminum foil, film and ink. Our mission is to deliver value and contribute to sustainable business performance through a capable, dynamic and productive Supplier Management team. It is also our mission to develop an ecosystem of suppliers that provide sustainable, competitive and qualified base materials.
Within base materials categories we are looking for a Director Procurement Foil, Ink & Film that can lead & drive foil, inks & film categories strategy with the goal to secure supply (long and short-term) of foil, inks & film at competitive cost, required quality, and meeting responsible sourcing and sustanability requirements. In this position he will lead supplier sourcing, negotiation and contracting process for the foil, inks & film categories. Lead supplier management activities in coordination with technology team. Lead budgeting and allocation activities for foil, inks & film and support OFPM/AM process through supplier management leverage and manage related escalation process. Manage internal and external stakeholders in relation to the above.
This is a permanent position based in Lausanne (Switzerland).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement long term material group strategy including management and alignment of internal and external stakeholders
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with supplier
  • Manage category risks in line with corporate policies
  • Develop category budget and 3 years plan
  • Lead supplier management activities for the category
  • Lead process for supplier base compliancy in line with corporate policies
  • Drives yearly allocation process and supports execution during the year
  • Develop team capabilities to support long term strategy
