Role description
Min 4 to 5 years of work experience with US Healthcare customers is must
Experience in Healthcare domain
Strategic Planning Goal Setting
Aligning the programs objectives with the organizations strategic goals and developing a roadmap for program execution
Program Governance
Defining program controls procedures and reporting structures
Project Coordination Interdependencies
Managing the relationships and dependencies between individual projects within the program
Resource Management
Allocating and managing resources human financial etc across the program and its projects
Risk Issue Management
Identifying assessing and mitigating potential risks and issues that could impact the programs success
Stakeholder Communication Engagement
Maintaining clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders including team members sponsors and senior leadership
Performance Monitoring Reporting
Tracking program progress measuring key performance indicators KPIs and reporting on program status to stakeholders
Budget Management
Developing and managing the programs budget ensuring efficient use of resources
Change Management
Leading and managing the organizational changes that result from the programs implementation
Ensuring Deliverables Meet Standards
Ensuring that the outputs of the programs projects meet the required quality standards and align with the overall program objectives
Documentation
Maintaining and managing all relevant program documentation
Team Leadership Mentorship
Providing guidance and support to project managers and team members within the program
