WHAT WE NEED

We are currently seeking a Technical Services Director, whose skills will contribute to our organisation’s mission, in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The incumbent will be responsible for:

  • the leadership and management of the proper operation of the physical and security services of the spa facilities by ensuring the effective use of the department’s human, financial and material resources;
  • the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that the spa complies with laws, standards and regulations governing the proper operation of the facilities and the safety guidelines as well as the company’s standards;
  • the care and maintenance of the spa’s facilities and equipment (interior and exterior) as well as the management of construction and renovation projects;
  • the management of service contracts and the energy conservation program.
Responsibilities
