JOB DESCRIPTION:

This is a Full-Time position with Iron Clad Delivery LLC (ICDL), delivering packages to Amazon customers!
We are a new company building from the ground up, and we’re looking for individuals who want to grow with us. We launch the first week of October, and start dates will reflect that window. As part of our launch team, you’ll begin by working in the trenches as a Delivery Driver—learning the core of our business from the ground level. Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to step into leadership roles such as Lead Driver, Dispatcher, Trainer, or Operations Manager.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

· Must be at least 21 years old
· Valid, non-restricted driver’s license (within the state of employment)
· Authorized to work in the United States
· Must have a clean driving record
· Strong English communication skills

· Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times
· Deliver 200+ packages per day while meeting safety and performance standards
· Perform routine vehicle safety inspections
· Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
· Work in all weather conditions and lift packages up to 50 lbs.
· Use handheld device for GPS, scanning, and communication
· Support teammates when needed to ensure routes are completed
