We are looking for a Planner to join our Materials team. Based in Piedras Negras-México, the candidate will be responsible to confirm work orders to satisfy customer orders. Confirming with the information of material arrival date and manufacturing capacity. Job responsibilities
- You will responsible for daily reviewing HFA system to identify new customer requirements.
- Daily confirm work orders to meet customer demand.
- Daily review and communicate on orders not meeting customer required date.
- Daily review of customer expedites.
- Generate improvement projects in inventory reduction as well as usage reductions.
- Close communication with purchasing and warehouse on regards of inventory shortages and materials expedite.
- Once a month meet with manufacturing to agree on capacity per cell.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree: Business Administration, Foreign Trade, International Business, engineering or Related.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in the area.
- Language: Advanced English (Required)
