Our nationwide team of 6,500 engineers are energy efficiency experts – offering practical ways to make homes more sustainable. That’s why we need a brilliant District Sales Manager to join our Home Installations sales team - in The Home Counties/Southern England/London to help us get to where we’re going. You’ll bring bags of energy, know-how and passion to our family of door-opening brands, including British Gas and Hive. And you’ll join a team who are just as focused delivering on fantastic results as you are.
Our Home Installations sales team are involved with selling home solutions products such as air source heat pumps, gas boilers and Hive products to our customers. As a District Sales Manager you will lead, inspire and engage a team in delivering the highest standards of safety, quality and customer satisfaction, in order to achieve business targets including sales volume, value, cost, quality and effectiveness whilst driving a customer focused culture.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Driving and embedding our safety first culture.
- Highly effective at coaching for performance.
- Able to manage all aspects of a ‘balanced scorecard’ of targets.
- Building relationships – across Centrica & with our customers.
- Ability to interrogate, analyse and draw insightful conclusions from data – make appropriaterecommendations; implement and provide results to validate those conclusions.
