Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Documentation and Certification Manager, you will oversee the creation, management, and delivery of product documentation and certifications, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, international standards, and internal quality procedures. Your work will be central to maintaining traceability, supporting audits, and ensuring customer satisfaction through precise and timely documentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of manufacturing and quality documentation (e.g. inspection reports, material certificates, test reports).
  • Lead the preparation and approval of certification packages including EN10204 3.1/3.2, PED, ATEX, and other relevant standards.
  • Maintain and enhance document control systems in accordance with ISO 9001 and customer audit requirements.
  • Supervise and support the documentation administration team, focusing on workload management and staff development.
  • Drive continuous improvement in documentation processes and systems.
  • Provide accurate and traceable documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Liaise with customers and third-party inspectors to resolve certification queries and non-conformances.
