SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma/GED required
• 1 + years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills

WORK SCHEDULE:

We’re looking for individuals interested in working part time, at our Perryville location, Monday -Thursday 2:30pm-7:30pm and every Saturday 6:30am-1:30pm.

The Donor Care Associate is responsible for providing a safe and positive post- donation experience for donors. Position plays an important role in providing a positive donation experience, providing refreshments in the canteen area along with observing donors for any adverse reaction. Donor Care Associate will handle responding to adverse reactions immediately in accordance with RRVBC protocols. Successful candidate will provide quality customer service; offering and encouraging the donor to wait a sufficient amount of time after their donation to avoid reactions.
